Meet Norma, affectionately known as "June," the heart and soul behind June's Desserts. June embarked on her journey into the world of baking in her native country Jamaica. As a young student studying Home Economics, she cultivated her passion for the culinary arts, later honing her skills at an all-girls learning center. Over the years, a genuine love for baking blossomed, driven by a desire to satisfy her sweet cravings and pass on the sweetness with those closest to her.

Upon migrating to the United States, June continued the tradition of crafting authentic Jamaican desserts, extending her culinary embrace to a diverse array of cultures. While she excels in creating various confections, June's true calling lies in the enchanting art of Jamaican Black Cake—a culinary treasure, especially cherished in Jamaica during the festive Christmas season.
